Opened in November 2000 at the renewed Belle
Vie shopping complex in Akasaka is the latest addition to the "Alice"
family. As opposed to its sister branch in Ginza which features
a course style menu, Vietnam Alice opens at 8 a.m. and, serving
an impressive array of a la carte Vietnamese dishes without pause,
doesn't take its last order until 10 p.m. At dinnertime, guests
are encouraged to linger over their meals topped off with sumptuous
desserts and rich Vietnamese coffee.
